For a pitch to Pink Floyd about ways we could market their catalogue, we worked with developer extraordinaire Lee Martin on a concept that would let fans recreate the iconic prism in augmented reality.
Using Apple's recently released ARkit, our concept was to build an experience which would allow fans both old and new to experience the visual history of Pink Floyd directly in their lives, via their phones. Each cover would be reinterpreted and modelled in augmented reality - all made accessible via both web browsers using AR.js and a native iOS app. Our belief was that - with the magic of AR in its infancy - people would share their experiences via gifs and videos.
This never came to fruition unfortunately but would be fantastic to revisit one day.
